Questions about plans
Is Free really free?
Yes, for as long as you use it, and there is no card to enter. Connect as many AI tools as you like, keep up to three engines and 1 GB of memory. Free is for you on your own; to bring your team in, move to Pro.
Is there a limit on how much my AI tools read and save?
No. Every plan lets your AI tools read and save as much as they need. What a plan sets is how many engines you keep and how much memory they hold.
What happens when my memory is full?
You are told before you get there. When it is full, a new memory is refused and whatever tried to save it is told why. Nothing is deleted: everything stored stays readable, searchable and exportable, and you can archive what you no longer need or move to a bigger plan.
How does the team work on Pro?
Invite as many people as you need, as owner, admin, member or viewer, at no extra cost. Each person connects their own AI tools, and every engine says who saved what, with which tool.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
By card, in US dollars before VAT or sales tax, which checkout adds for where you are. Moving to Pro takes effect at once; cancelling takes effect when the current month ends. Nothing you stored is deleted when you cancel.
